• Akerlundh Interior Design, designs, manufactures, and distributes furniture for residential, commercial, and wholesale clients.
• All products are subject to material availability, production capacity, and delivery times depending on the location.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website or direct notification to the client.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin production.
• The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup.
• We accept payments in USD or MXN, depending on the billing and delivery location.
• Orders will not be processed without proof of payment.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. DELIVERIES & SHIPPING

• We offer local delivery service in San Diego and Tijuana, as well as shipping to other regions by quote.
• Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the order, typically ranging from 2 to 6 weeks.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

• No returns are accepted for custom or made-to-order items.
• Cancellations after that may incur charges for materials and labor already used.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
• The client is responsible for verifying dimensions, access, and furniture compatibility with their space.

6. User Rights

• All designs, photographs, and materials on our website or catalogs are the property of Akerlundh Interior Design and may not be copied or used without written authorization.
